Nov. 8th, 2024 09:05 pmBeautiful day. Early morning on the front porch. Blackberry mocha coffee, time in the beautiful Cartersville library learning notion. Something clicked and I’m really loving it. Then time to stroll through a new Nature's Health Market store. I feel renewed.
Today I read about my college sorority sister running and completing the NY marathon. I told her: Beyond amazing. You are the "we are capable of so much more" champion. Truly inspiring. Enjoy your spectacular accomplishments.
Then tonight I accidentally stumbled across the documentary Once is Enough, a movie about Jeffrey Binney, an ordinary 30 something, grieving from the loss of his mother, he decided to train and complete an ultra marathon of 100 miles. He did it.
I will never run a marathon. But there is something extreme for me to do. I know it
